A baby shower outgrows a living room fast. The 5200 Event Center gives you a bright, private hall on the east side of Columbus with tables and chairs set, food from our kitchen, a gift table, a backdrop spot for photos, and ten screens for the reveal video or the slideshow, with our staff doing the setup and the cleanup so the mom-to-be and the host both get to sit down.

Our live calendar shows what is open, including partly booked days with the hours still available. Choose your start time and hours and see an estimate instantly.

Sign and pay the deposit
We confirm the same day. Review and e-sign the rental agreement from your phone and pay the deposit by card, Zelle, cash, check or wire.
3
Show up and celebrate
Arrive 30 minutes early to set up. Our staff, DJ, kitchen and security run the room; you run the party.

Baby Shower Venue FAQ
Can we book just an afternoon?
Yes. Three-hour minimum, so a 1 to 4 PM or 2 to 6 PM shower fits perfectly, and afternoons are often available on short notice.
Can we bring the cake, favors and a balloon arch?
Yes. Bring the cake, favors, decorations and photographer; you get setup access before your start time. Food and drinks otherwise come from our kitchen. Indoor balloon reveals are fine; no confetti cannons or smoke.
Is there a place for the mom-to-be to sit for gifts?
Yes. We set a decorated chair and gift table wherever you want them, in front of the backdrop if you like.
What does it cost?
Our hourly rates are published on the live booking calendar, so you see your date's cost before you ask; the calendar also gives an instant estimate with add-ons. If your situation calls for something different — a repast on short notice, a tight budget, an unusual schedule — reach out directly by phone, text or email.
