When the family is too big for the dining room or the company has outgrown the break room, The 5200 Event Center hosts the holidays: a private, warm, 6,500-square-foot hall on the east side of Columbus with dinner from our kitchen, a DJ, ten screens for the holiday movie or the year-in-review, and our staff doing dishes so nobody misses dessert.

Sign and pay the deposit
We confirm the same day. Review and e-sign the rental agreement from your phone and pay the deposit by card, Zelle, cash, check or wire.

Show up and celebrate
Arrive 30 minutes early to set up. Our staff, DJ, kitchen and security run the room; you run the party.

Do you host events on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve?
Yes, subject to availability; holiday dates carry holiday pricing. Check the live calendar or call (614) 937-0000.
Can you cook a traditional holiday dinner?
Yes. Turkey, ham, dressing, mac and cheese, candied yams, greens, rolls and desserts, served buffet or family style.
Can we bring our own decorations and a tree?
Yes. Decorate during your setup window; no open flames or real candles.
How early should a company book a December party?
Fridays and Saturdays in December go by October. Thursdays and daytime dates stay open longer.
Is there a gift exchange or Secret Santa setup?
We set a gift table and can run the exchange on the microphone with the DJ.
