Sign and pay the deposit
We confirm the same day. Review and e-sign the rental agreement from your phone and pay the deposit by card, Zelle, cash, check or wire.

Show up and celebrate
Arrive 30 minutes early to set up. Our staff, DJ, kitchen and security run the room; you run the party.

Can you do a plated dinner?
Yes. Plated, buffet or family style, served by our staff. Menus and per-person pricing come with your quote.
Do you have a stage, podium and microphones?
Yes. Stage, podium, wireless microphones, concert-ready sound and ten 75-inch screens for slides and video are included.
Can a nonprofit get a quote for a fundraiser?
Yes. Rates are on the live booking calendar, and nonprofits with a tight budget should reach out directly — email bookings@the5200.com with your date, guest count and program. We work with community organizations personally and will find the best way to make it work.
Is there a minimum?
Three hours. Most banquets run four to five hours including setup of registration tables.
