Our live calendar shows what is open, including partly booked days with the hours still available. Choose your start time and hours and see an estimate instantly.

Sign and pay the deposit
We confirm the same day. Review and e-sign the rental agreement from your phone and pay the deposit by card, Zelle, cash, check or wire.

Show up and celebrate
Arrive 30 minutes early to set up. Our staff, DJ, kitchen and security run the room; you run the party.

What AV is included?
Ten 75-inch screens, a laptop/HDMI connection, wireless microphones, concert-grade sound and a stage. Bring your laptop and clicker; we handle the rest.
Can you do a daytime training and an evening party on the same day?
Yes. Book the day and we reset the room between sessions: classroom by day, party by night.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, for presenters and guests. Tell us if you need a dedicated connection for a live stream.
How do we pay as a company?
We invoice the company and accept card, ACH/wire, Zelle or check. A deposit holds the date; a PO can be noted on the agreement.
How many people fit for a training?
Up to about 150 classroom-style with tables, 275 theater-style, 200 at rounds for a dinner.
