How much does it cost to rent the hall?
Our hourly rates are published on the live booking calendar, so you see your date's cost before you ask; the calendar also gives an instant estimate with add-ons. If your situation calls for something different — a repast on short notice, a tight budget, an unusual schedule — reach out directly by phone, text or email. We are here to help families in their time of need and in their best moments, and we will give you white-glove, personal attention to find the best way to serve you.
What is the minimum rental?
Three hours. Maximum is a full day.
Can more than one event happen in the hall on the same day?
Yes. We schedule events with a two-hour turnover between them, so a noon-to-4 PM event and a 6 PM event can both book the same day without ever overlapping.
What is included in the rental?
The private hall, tables and chairs, in-house DJ and sound, ten 75-inch screens, security at the door, staff, restrooms and parking. Catering is added from our kitchen.
Can I bring my own food or alcohol?
No. All food and beverage comes from our kitchen (it keeps everyone safe and insured), and no alcohol is permitted while our liquor license is pending. Cakes and desserts are the exception: bring them.
