Our live calendar shows what is open, including partly booked days with the hours still available. Choose your start time and hours and see an estimate instantly.

Sign and pay the deposit
We confirm the same day. Review and e-sign the rental agreement from your phone and pay the deposit by card, Zelle, cash, check or wire.

Show up and celebrate
Arrive 30 minutes early to set up. Our staff, DJ, kitchen and security run the room; you run the party.

Birthday Party Venue FAQ
How much does it cost to rent The 5200 for a birthday party?
Our hourly rates are published on the live booking calendar, so you see your date's cost before you ask; the calendar also gives an instant estimate with add-ons. If your situation calls for something different — a repast on short notice, a tight budget, an unusual schedule — reach out directly by phone, text or email. We are here to help families in their time of need and in their best moments, and we will give you white-glove, personal attention to find the best way to serve you. There is a three-hour minimum.
Can I bring my own cake and decorations?
Yes. Bring your cake, balloons, backdrops and centerpieces; you get setup access before your start time. Food and drinks otherwise come from our kitchen, which keeps the health department and the insurance company happy. No alcohol is permitted while our liquor license is pending.
How many guests fit?
Up to 200 seated with a dance floor, or 275 standing for a cocktail-style party. Tell us your count and we will set the room accordingly.
Do you host kids' birthday parties?
Yes. Children's parties require one adult chaperone (21+) for every 25 minors, and the room is alcohol-free. The screens are great for a movie or a game.
Can I book on short notice?
Often, yes. If the date is open we can turn a party around within the same week. Check the live calendar online.
